Hillel inspires students to take ownership of their Jewish lives and helps them develop the skills and confidence to create Jewish experiences for themselves and their peers.

Students play a wide variety of leadership roles within our community:

Interns focus on student engagement and manage portfolios including the First Year Students of Hillel (FYSH) program.

​

Club leaders govern and run all student organization programming with the support of Hillel staff.

​

Students lead our weekly Shabbat services, and student committees plan and lead major initiatives like our annual Holocaust Remembrance Week.

​

Additionally, students serve as full voting members on the Hillel Board of Directors, guiding the organization's overall strategy and policies.
