Birthright Israel
AU Hillel brings dozens of students to Israel each winter and summer on our campus Birthright Israel trips. Students can climb Masada, touch the Western Wall, float in the Dead Sea, and so much more - all for free, and all with fellow AU students!
Birthright Israel is an innovative partnership between the State of Israel, private philanthropists, and Jewish communities around the world.
(is)Real Talk Fellowship
The (is)Real Talk Fellowship is for students looking to understand Israel in all of its complexity. If you love talking about Israel or struggle to do so, this is the program for you. Fellows meet over tapas throughout the semester; those who fulfill the Fellowship expectations will earn a stipend. No prior experience with the topic required.
AU Perspectives
AU Perspectives is Hillel’s campus leaders trip to Israel. This unique program provides undergraduate student leaders from a wide range of backgrounds with a unique opportunity to explore the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in all its complexity. Participants visit critical sites in the region and meet with Israeli and Palestinian politicians, journalists, and activists. Next trip scheduled for summer 2021.
