Kosher Kitchen: Located in McDowell Hall,
AU Hillel's kosher kitchen is an option for students looking to make
their own kosher food. To gain access to the kitchen, students must
undergo a short tutorial to ensure that the laws of kashrut are properly
maintained and that the integrity of the kitchen is ensured. The
kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, students need only bring their
own groceries.
